Tool Holders for Indexable Milling Cutters
BAP 300R and 400R face mills use cylindrical C-shank holders that mount directly into collet chucks or hydraulic chucks on CNC machining centres. Available in C16 to C32 shank diameters to match each face mill model. Through-coolant capability ensures effective chip evacuation at the cutting zone.
ASX400 shell-type shoulder mills use arbor mounting with standard bore diameters from 22mm to 38.1mm. The shell mill slides onto a mating arbor and is secured with a draw bolt through the spindle, providing rigid support for shoulder milling operations at full depth of cut.
